Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!! What a delicious time for us to get together with family and friends, surrounded by that one glorious element – FOOD!! Yes, we give ‘thanks’ for the bounty we are about to receive, yada, yada – but, what else are we to truly be thankful for? Let’s FEAST our eyes on that beautiful Thanksgiving Cornucopia – you know, that strange-shaped thing filled with harvested fruits and vegetables. Let’s talk FOOD!

Food. We absolutely need to consume it in order for our species to thrive and survive. But can natural foods show us proof that we aren’t some biologically evolved, accidental creature? And actually, aid in the fact that we were created by an intelligent entity called, God? Pick up an apple. Or maybe a pear, banana, an eggplant, lettuce, orange – whatever suits your fancy! Now, simply hold it in your hand. THAT is AMAZING in itself! You are holding a food that the Earth produced (for us to consume) and it fits PERFECTLY into your perfectly-sized hand! That’s right – it fits!! Some random act of nature – HARDLY!

Fruits and vegetables, as you can plainly see, were DESIGNED and CREATED to exist in harmony with other life – especially the ones that need to consume these things in order to survive. I’ve never seen a papaya as large as a mountain – have you? If we were a random ‘thing’ – born out of the Earth from some evolved species – then those fruits and vegetables are as random as we are! I hope you are using your intelligence to see that these are NOT random occurrences but, in FACT, purposeful DESIGNS to co-exist with each other! Don’t take fruits and vegetables for granted!

We were CREATED in ADULT form (not, evolving from the ground thanks to some other species. I could just see a field of babies evolving from the ground, lying there with no one to take care of them). Humans wouldn’t exist. God’s Code is first and foremost. He ‘coded’ us AS Humans. Always will be, until death ‘does our species part’. So, this Thanksgiving, thank God for His ‘Codes’ – the Codes that insure our unbelievable survival! If you dislike fruits and vegetables, fine. Just realize their sizes compared to the species that need to eat them to live! I’ll never look at an apple the same way, again! Neither will you! Happy Thanksgiving!

Have You Been Good, or Bad?

“He sees you when you’re sleeping. He knows when you’re awake. He knows if you’ve been Bad or Good, so be Good for goodness sake!” We sing those words about Santa every year. The jolly ol’, pleasingly-plump, man in the red suit. How about singing that same line with God as the subject – kinda makes a bit more sense! HE knows if you’ve been Bad or Good, according to HIS standards! But what IS the act of being Bad or Good? Does Mankind truly have a set of rules for this? Let’s dissect, shall we?

You’ve decided to set a goal – something that you will work towards to attain. You then successfully ACHIEVE that goal – success! – the outcome was considered a GOOD one! Now, on the flip-side, you do NOT achieve that goal – one would consider this a BAD outcome. This, of course, is all in the eyes of Man. God, however, gets the absolute and final say of what is truly Good or Bad – and there’s no negotiating!

For example: the people that attacked America on 9/11 (and I dislike using this as an example but I think it fits) this group ‘set a goal’, put plans into action to achieve it, and, successfully, met their goal. To the ‘goal setters’ this was considered a Good outcome. On the other side of the coin (the one I’m on) we consider this heinous ‘goal’ as being a Bad outcome. This is all in the eyes of Man. Depending on who you are, an outcome could be considered Good or Bad – but, NOT with God! He makes ONE decision, either it was GOOD (in His eyes) or BAD (also in His eyes)! In the case of 9/11, do you think God was glad because of someone’s perceived ‘Good’ outcome? Do I really have to ask?

There is no, none, ZERO, amount of ‘good’ things you can do to get to live with Him, afterwards. Just KNOW that He’s there – ALWAYS – seeing you when you’re sleeping and knowing when you’re awake. He knows if you’ve been, and ARE, Bad or Good – so, be GOOD, in HIS eyes, for Heaven’s sake! YOUR Heaven’s sake! Even though you’ve let God into your life, you still must live it in the ‘eyes’ of Good - God’s GOOD! Are you still on His ‘Naughty List’?

Are You Walking Around Like Mr. Magoo?

“I can see clearly now; the rain has gone” Yep, Johnny Nash sang to us back in the 60’s – symbolically or not, he ‘can see clearly now’. What does it mean to ‘see clearly’? Can you ‘see’ clearly now? I started ‘seeing clearly’ on January 8th, 2016 – the night I ‘died’ and had my near-death experience. Prior to that, I THOUGHT I was seeing clearly - boy, was I blind! Most people that know me are also aware that my physical eyesight has been compromised, however, I CAN see clearer now than EVER before! How’s your eyesight – your spiritual eyesight?

I am in awe (of God) in the dozens of people that He has had me help ‘see clearer’ since I went ‘public’ with my ministry on January 8th, 2019 – three years, exactly, from my NDE! I am now a child of God who is my Father. I am solidly in touch with my spirit who is in constant contact with Him as the Holy Spirit! Do I walk around with my head ‘in the clouds’ chanting some strange spiritual words as I pass people on the street? Hah, hardly! I’m about as ‘down to Earth’ as I could be (I hope) – the way God wants all of us to be - His children!

I’ve had zero schooling (although I am studying to become a Youth Minister) and have not been ordained, so what gives me the ‘power’ to help people understand God? Well, God gives me that power! In fact, that goes for YOU, TOO! God is there. When YOU invite Him into your life, you are ready to help the ‘unsaved’! You need NO experience – God has already taken care of that! You are YOU! And the ‘power’ IS YOU! We are ALL ‘priests’, if you will – no one is left out!

So, does this mean that fear, worry, anxiety, depression, pain & sorrow will go away once God is in your life? Hah, no way!! BUT you will be able to HANDLE THEM DIFFERENTLY – THAT’S the POWER! When your spirit is constantly ‘in touch’ with God – not every hour but, EVERY SECOND – you WILL be able to see WAAAAYYY more clearly!! Do it, today! Keep God with you ALL THE TIME – go outside and face the day – using GOD FIRST! He will turn out to be the only protective eyewear you’ll ever need!

Saving on Daylight Savings

Daylight Savings Time ended today. Yes, that time of year where we ‘feel’ that we somehow intervened with ‘the forces of time’ and altered it – bending all the rules of quantum physics by building our very own Time Machine! “We are Humans – we can do what we will!” What we’ve really done was alter our ‘measurement’ of time. The Earth has NOT changed. God’s Time will always be God’s Time – we’ll simply be eating dinner one hour later than yesterday. Our complex Time Machine! What did we actually save?

It seems like forever that Humankind has been in the ‘saving’ mode; saving for retirement, saving for a vacation, saving those weight-watcher points in lieu of a banana split – it gives us a sense of security when we save. But have you saved yourself? Are you still saving for all the earthly things (which is OK) while still neglecting the REAL save – YOU!?

It’s the easiest thing to save for yet the hardest to do. When your body retires (and it will, you just don’t know when) your spirit – not metaphorically but, YES, your spirit – a REAL thing (I’ve seen it) will NOT die! You WILL be aware of where you are – albeit, not thinking the way you do, now (a good thing) – and you will either be; living with God (yes, real) in Heaven (also, real) OR NOT living with God in Heaven, instead living in regret realizing that God WAS real (by that time, it’ll be too late)!

God has given us ‘time’ so we CAN make that conscience decision – believe in Him, or not. And since we don’t know when our ‘time’ will stop, there is NO time like now to make that decision! Regardless of race, color, creed, religion, nationality or culture – God doesn’t care! Save yourself. It’s free and it’s easy! Just say these words: “God, I believe in you. I know that you sent your Son, Jesus, to save ALL people from an inevitable spiritual death. I know that He died for us and beat death by rising on the third day. I now let Him into my heart and spirit from this day forward.”

That’s it! If you said those words, congratulations! YOU HAVE BEEN SAVED! Didn’t hurt, did it? In fact, you can’t be hurt (spiritually) – you are going to Heaven! Now get to work on your loved ones – do you want to be in Heaven without them? You thought you saved time this weekend? You saved yourself, instead! Nice!
